MEET AKKU -
Anna Maria Sirenius
Mentor to high performers, mystic at heart, mother of two, wife, and lifelong explorer of both the visible and invisible games of life.
“I’ve always believed the real victories in life aren’t just the ones you can measure — they’re the shifts you feel inside. From archery to corporate finance, to yoga, meditation, and energy practices, my path has always led me to one thing: exploring the invisible side of performance.”
My Journey:
Early Seeds
Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to movement. Skiing, running, and many other sports filled my life — but archery was my first teacher in the power of the mind.
Life opened in unexpected ways when, as a teenager, I moved to live with an Indian family in the middle of the Malaysian jungle. It was 1995.
In temples of India and through the guidance of a wise Chinese archery coach, the first seeds of yoga, philosophy, and energy awareness were planted.
From Manolos to Mantras
Still, I chose the “safe” path — a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, followed by a corporate career in investor relations, consulting, and sales training.
On the outside, it looked good. On the inside, I felt lost and empty.
Yoga and meditation became my anchors. My first teacher training felt like coming home, and soon I was teaching.
Stepping into a new version of myself, what I now call unlocking the next-level self.
The Prada bag was replaced with yoga pants, Manolos with mantras. For the first time, work felt natural — and deeply rewarding within.
Personal growth has been my constant passion. Alongside immersing myself in diverse yoga lineages, I studied breathwork, energy practices, and trained with world-class teachers like Marisa Peer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) adding tools to shift the subconscious and catalyze deep inner change.
Today
I trained new teachers, led thousands of classes, and built a lovely yoga studio. But eventually I knew it was time to move again — to bring everything I had lived, learned, and embodied to those I felt most called to serve: high performers in sport and business.
Because in today’s world, athletes and leaders have every tool for the outer game — training plans, metrics, strategies, techniques.
What’s often missing is the invisible game: the energetic practices and wisdom that align body, breath, mind, and soul — the full spectrum of being human.
Tennis as a Teacher
Tennis has been a profound teacher. Each match plays out like the cosmos itself — beginnings and endings, ups and downs, drama and delight — a mirror of life in all its dimensions.
As a mother of two competitive players, I’ve witnessed hundreds of matches up close — seeing how momentum shifts, how pressure unravels even the most talented, and how the balance between the Inner and Outer Game shapes the outcome — what I now call the energetic game.
Because whether on the court, in the field, in the boardroom, or in life itself — the same laws apply. When body, mind, and soul align, performance transforms. Pressure turns into presence. Striving turns into flow. And what unfolds can feel like magic.
“I’ve taught thousands of yoga classes for thousands of students — from private sessions to large groups, corporate settings, and teacher trainings.
More than anything, this journey has been my greatest teacher in presence: learning to hold space, to listen deeply, to connect and to show up fully myself. Today, my approach weaves lived practice, teaching, and research into one grounded framework.” Akku

✨ Why I Created the Energetic Game
I created The Energetic Game™ — to translate timeless yogic wisdom into clear, practical tools for modern performance. Without losing depth or forgetting roots, it brings presence, flow, and alignment into a language athletes and leaders can use because not everyone feels at home in traditional yoga settings.
Because when energy shifts, everything shifts — performance, clarity, fulfillment, life.
